「Very calm relaxing location on the beach and with nice neighborhoods to walk around. Bad weather had us indoors most of the time but in good weather the deck and lawn would be amazing . Good food from restaurant and great happy hour 3-5」

「Probably my favourite overnight stay my whole trip!! We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! Kennebunkport was beautiful and I couldn’t of found a better place to stay. The lady gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars which we followed and had a stunning meal and a great night. 「I had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless. The breakfasts were delicious! My room was quite comfortable. I loved the soaking tub! The bed and breakfast is about 1/2 a mile from the downtown area. I liked that it was located somewhere quiet. The property is for sale. I hope its new owners retain the current staff, who are great!!!」

「Beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement face à la mer, les chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes de plage et vélos gratuits. Bouteilles d’eau tous les jours sur demande et plusieurs choix de cafés offerts en tout temps. Petit frigidaire disponible sur demande. Moins aimé notre chambre au 1er étage qui donne sur le stationnement, qui nécessite beaucoup d’amélioration. Les murs sont à repeindre, odeur de renfermé, toile d’araignée dans la salle de bain, très sombre (manque d’éclairage), aucun rangement.」

「The property needs an electric upgrade. There are no outlets and the ones they have 4 plugs are connected into them. Could use a better TV and elongated toilet seat in the bathroom. Fiberglass in the tub was chipped off.」

「Super cute B&B with a great location. Loved that it was walkable to the downtown area. Our room was so cozy and cute. Only thing I’d suggest is a TV in the room. I need background noise to sleep. 」

「We had a great stay - wonderful weather and hardly anyone there! The hotel is charmfully historic and the rooms were cute. Everything was well maintained. Staff were inconsistent - some very helpful, others... The pool and the view from the pool - amazing!!! The beach was not. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」
