「Nothing to eat and is outside of town, people mentioned that they had a breakfast buffet in the past but they replaced it with merch. Free use of their beach cruisers tho, so we could ride into town for breakfast 😂」

「Stayed 3 nights. First two were fine. The highlights are the pool and beach and large wrap around deck with chairs. Extremely dog friendly which was great. Decided to stay an extra night but booked through this webstite which you should not do here. We were knowingly given a room inches above a wedding reception after party. The thumping and noise went on from 10-2, and despite several calls to the front desk they pretty much said that there was nothing they could do for us. There was not even a...

「Lovely area, very quaint and beautiful property. A mile from central Kennebunkport and right near the water. Great spot if you’re looking for a no frills, cute B&B with attentive staff. Fun, waterside restaurants right nearby.」

「Was less expensive than most motels in the area, and the room was freshened daily. However, the floor really needed to be swept or cleaned more often, as with no rug, we tracked in dirt and sand almost daily. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!」
