「Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits. Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. 「The room was spotless. The beds were supercomfy and white clean. The bathtub was so clean and shiny. The towels were clean and plenty. No issues with anything.The front desk personal was superfriendly, compasionate and helpful. They are so welcoming and made us feel at home here. The breakfast tastes so good, and always there is a lot of it. The dining area was clean and fresh. And we could have lemon water, hot water, coffee and tea 24/24. 「Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.」

「Great staff great hotel..just renovated close to Liberty. We had a snow storm and the staff stayed at the hotel to make sure all guests were taken care of. They must have mopped the entry way 100 times during my stay to make sure the entry way to clean and safe. Well done!」
