"We were well received by the host. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The host was very nice and recommended several restaurants and places to visit to us. The breakfast was good. We came driving by car, easy to park outside. The host recommended several places that we could drive to on our route."

"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "

"L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"
