「We stayed 4 nights at VC Heritage Ribeira and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we checked in the service was beyond amazing. They even found out it was my birthday during our stay and went out of their way to deliver a bottle of champagne to the room. You cannot beat the location and the cleanliness is a 10/10. I highly recommend if you ever plan to visit Porto. 」

「Clean spacious room. Lovely bathroom. Very good communication. Rooms were not cleaned during stay which was ok for a 4 night stay. No change of towels. No variation in breakfast but was fresh daily. Coffee very good. Location was quieter than others in Porto so suited us well. Overall no complaints 」

「Absolutely loved it! We got there in the afternoon so we checked in at the cafe, the staff were so lovely! The lemon cake was delicious! We got in to our room and I was blown away, I loved the look of the stone walls and the huge windows with the shutters. We had a little kitchenette which was great for making some light meals and a nice fridge for storing snacks. It got a little loud in the evening on the streets, but once I fell asleep that was no problem! Will definitely be staying here...

「如果有洗衣機就更加好喇，比如其它家庭旅館，多數都會有洗衣機的，就更加方便我們這些長途旅客。尤其是像現在冬天，我們都會帶的衣服比較多，出去外面洗衣店又要跑很遠，所以在房間內有洗衣幹衣機會更好。謝謝」

「Stay for a week. it’s like our home away from home in Porto and use the kitchen everyday. There is washing machine. Many supermarkets around. The massage near Boa in the same street is really awesome. 」
