「Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. 「Schönes Hotel. Großes, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Garten- und Meerblick. Leider war das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Tische auch im Freien am Pool. Die Lage am Strand ist toll, nur gibt es in Laufweite keine Restaurants. Aber mit einem Tuktuk erreicht man schnell den nächsten Ort.」

「Hotel rooms were dirty, wall stains, bath stains, balcony door rusted and staff didn’t remember know much. They were nice but nice doesn’t get the job done unfortunately. Ended up only staying for 1 night and ended up going to another hotel due to this 」

There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. 「For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing.
