Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. 「Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten eine rundum fantastische Erfahrung. Schon der Start war perfekt: Obwohl wir bereits um 8 Uhr morgens angekommen sind, konnten wir direkt unser Zimmer beziehen – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr gefreut. 「Un bel endroit au calme, très bien aménagé où on resterait bien plusieurs jours. Grande piscine bien arborée, cuisine d’été pratique, bungalows confortables avec climatisation. À savoir, pas de restaurants à proximité mais on peut préparer un repas ou le réchauffer dans la cuisine d’été (grand frigo, four, plaques de cuisson, tables, chaises, vaisselle, verres à vin, ventilateur, jolis voilages …) Jonathan est disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité ! 」

「The was as advertised, however the restaurant and menu certainly were not 5 star. I complained to the manager regarding the lack of wine available with meals and lack of choice. This was escalated to the chairman. After much to and fro it was agreed I would receive a refund of two nights as we left early due to lack of choice and general incompetence. This refund was promised within 15 days on my payment card. Needless to say no refund and no reply to my enquiry. Their email system was also...
