「Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata」

「Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.」

「Room small but comfortable. Maybe some things a little dated. Food good and breakfast excellent. In busy part of Los Cristianos but pool and internal areas are a quite haven. 」

「Lovely place for its rooms, balcony, swimming pool and staff. Their chlorine levels are suspect and caused ear infections in both our children, and their WiFi is problematic. If they can rectify these issues, along with a better breakfast, it would be somewhere I’d be happy to return to. 」

「We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing. 」

「Clean room and environment with friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the breakfast service. Open for two hours, but clearly I felt rushed for final half hour, and the clanging of dishes being collected made it clear we were to move on. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, close to everything and away from the din of city and tourists. Next time I would exclude breakfast and use our apartment kitchen.」

「Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen」
