「Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. 「Superbe hôtel où nous avons séjourné une semaine. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est incroyable et l’endroit est très calme. La chambre était très confortable et d’une grande propreté, avec une literie vraiment excellente. Le petit déjeuner face à la montagne est un moment incroyable. Il est très complet et les produits sont excellents. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant : on se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir.」

「Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. 」
