「We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Serenity Hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again! Mountain view from bed every morning was a big plus ! Taxi was never a problem. Only few minutes to wait every time.」

「I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...

「My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff...
