The complimentary breakfast was 10/10!!! I never felt the need to go to a cafe nearby. The morning breakfast and evening cookies sent to the room daily were such a good touch and offered that traditional customer service and care that I have missed a lot lately. Lastly the location was 10/10! Nothing...

「The amenities are well worth the fee. Loved the wine in the afternoons and cookies in the evening. Transportation to and from the downtown area was perfect since the are many hills in the area. The champagne breakfast was excellent - only suggestion would be to have protein available as stand alone item. If you want bacon or sausage it’s only available in the form of a breakfast burrito or omelette. 」

「They think of everything. You check in and they take your bags, park your car and that’s all you have to think about until you fill in your breakfast order that night. Lovely courtyard dining and a 2 Michelin star restaurant on site. It was a lovely break we sorely needed. 」

「The environment was good, safe and clean. There was only one chair in the room. No water provided. Only a few clothes hangers in the closet, they refused to provide more. They have no recycling bins for customers. Not environmental Friendly. The lady in the reception was a bit rude to inquiry. 」
