I loved how close to the beach this motel is. Clean room, lovely staff, and across the road is a 24 hour convenience store, ice-cream shop and a wonderful Italian restaurant.

As much as its a small and older motel, it's in great condition. Carpets need replacement but it was a good clean room. The staff were absolutely beautiful and friendly.. very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Contacted by Camden Motor Inn to say that due to storms they had no power and could not stay but they offered to book for me at the Tropicana Motel which they did. Thanks to staff for arranging that, Tropicana was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly there also.

The Camden Motor Inn was perfect for my trip to Mermaid Waters. There is a Woolies metro, coffee, convenient store, Thai, pizza and bakery right a cross the road. The beach is two minutes away on foot and parking is right underneath. Even on the main road it was still quiet at night. Will definitely be returning for my next trip!

Good basic accomadation at the right price. Close to the highway so a little noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was nice. No secure location for key drop off, box not locked.

This is value for money, but getting a little run down, but guess the price reflects that. Laundry was not available in the the time we were there. Would recommend for a budget short stay, but perhaps our 9 nights was a little long. However staff were helpful and friendly. Bus stops handy and seemed to be plenty of parking

The property was sufficient for our needs. It wasn’t overly dirty but just run down, old and in need of renovation especially the bathroom. Shower curtains in hotels don’t ever feel hygienic and the whole room could do with an upgrade. Inconveniently placed light switches. It was a noisy area but conveniently located opposite restaurants and cafes.
