It was a clean hotel room and staff were helpful. Was not a high-end brand-new hotel but was very much as described. Would be very happy to go back to this hotel if I needed to go to the Gold Coast. The area is in a construction zone during the day, but I did not notice that at all at night

On first entering, the room looked very old and smelled strongly of bleach. Then, when a staff member came in to take away a machine that was running, we were hit with the smell of smoke, I think it came through the air conditioning unit, which itself was quite loud rattling. Parking proved difficult, with only one car able to drive in or out so if encountering another car, one would have to back way back. The covered carparks were limited and difficult to get into. Kitchen was well equipped & the bed was good. Cheap price, still probably wouldn't stay again.

Very run down. Felt a little uneasy as could hear noise and yelling coming from the room next to me. Limited parking where it’s first in. Disappointing that you pay $100 deposit once you get there but didn’t see it mentioned when booked online and you have to clean the room, take your rubbish upon check out which makes me question if they even clean the room for the next guests. On the plus great location with the big mall and dining across the road.

Excellent

The 2 bedroom appartment was excellent. The beds were clean and cosy. We had hot water, we were very happy with this appartment. The only downside was the car noises coming from the street but I guess Gold Coast is very noisey anyway.

It was ok. Room was large, has kitchen but no cooking facilities. Parking available but a "first in best dressed" situation. Undercover parking is not suited to large cars. Pool was nice. Staff were ok, not super helpful but also not useless. Convenient location opposite pacific fair and broadbeach south tram stop. Easy walk to the beach.

Location is great if you just need somewhere to lay your head at night, maintenance and cleanliness was not the greatest. Sheets were dirty the element in the jug was horrific the towel rail wasn’t connected and fell off the wall with a simple towel. Parking is not the greatest for big vehicles unless you can park at the end but all the small cars seemed to take up spaces which was not a venue problem but just a heads up. Check in was simple and easy though and the staff were very helpful and friendly. You get what you pay for I guess and price is based on location not comfort

Great location-close to the shopping centre, beach, and cafés. The room was tidy, though it felt a bit outdated, but overall we were comfortable during our stay. One thing to note: the floor needs a more thorough mopping. At first it looks clean, but after walking around, our feet became quite dirty. Still, it was a convenient and pleasant place to stay.
