Disappointing to say the least, as we didn’t even get to stay at the apartment due to travel restrictions! However, my attempts to obtain a credit fell on deaf ears, even after several contact attempts, so now out of pocket over $2,000. Be sure not to pay in full on booking as their policies are unfair …..
