Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences
No hand soap or shower gel on arrival. Advised staff,but still wasn't rectified. Was unable to gain entry to lifts and door with one of the two key cards.
