Olha o Quarto em sim tava bom mas um Quarto só com uma tomada? As outra tomadas pq não tava funcionando do Quarto 204? Péssimo neste requisito,tive que colocar o celular pra carregar longe da cama Mas atendente foi excelentes no atendimento

Experiência terrível desde a chegada, recepcionista que não sabe de nada, quase tivemos que arrumar outro hotel, pois a mesma não sabia que tinha reserva em meu nome. Quarto até razoável pelo preço, porém o banheiro cheio de goteiras e janelas quebradas. Em geral não indico.

Horrível, toalhas sujas de outros hóspedes, quarto diferente do pedido, baratas pelo quarto, frigobar mofado, porta sem fecho, cama dura, e o atendimento pessimo, muito sem educação e queria cobrar uma taxa por exceder o horário porém estávamos no horário do aplicativo que seria às 13 e ela queria que tivéssemos saído às 12.

Tava tudo limpo , so que tudo mto velho, o chuveiro ou e feio ou queimando, o sanitário sem aquele assento , a cama mto barulhenta só tinha uma tomada a da tv, o armário todo rabiscado , parede descascada , cortina toda rasgada.

Nao tinha o mínimo de conforto .

Faço um curso, por isso todo mês preciso ir para Goiânia, já fiquei em inúmeros hotéis, mas sem duvidas essa foi a pior experiência. Primeiramente o estacionamento é distante do hotel, e te cobram 20 reais pro seu carro dormir num local precário. O banheiro nao tem porta, a luz do banheiro nao funciona, o assento do vaso machucava pois estava quebrado. Quando fui tomar banho o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, então a água voltava cheia de lodo e sujeira. Tinha baratas e outros insetos por todo lado. O frigobar estava com fio descascado e uma gambiarra no T (não tive coragem de ligar) A cama afundava, parecia que tinha um buraco, lençóis e toalha encardida. Parede toda descascada e mofada. De noite parecia um filme de terror com baratas por todo lado. Fui fazer o check-out 06:30hs da manhã e não me deram a chave do estacionamento pra tirar o carro, porque alegaram que estava aberto, eu atravessei a rua carregando mala e tudo, cheguei la estava fechado, chamei e ninguem veio, voltei carregando mala para o hotel e so assim me deram a chave do estacionamento (que não é perto). Sou mulher e esse horário estava cheio de usuários de droga, me vendo subir e descer carregando mala sozinha . E muito mais! Nunca mais!
