"Tim checked me in at the front desk and he was helpful, friendly, and made the process easy. We were greeted by a staff person pretty much any time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful, the bed comfy. The location was great for walking downtown. The only downsides were the construction in front of the hotel (temporary) and the quite loud air conditioner (although the loud AC helped drown out street noise). Wonderful stay overall and would stay again the next time I’m in Chicago. "
