「This was the worst experience we have ever had. The cabins are absolutely toxic. They reek of fumes and formaldehyde! We could not breathe, had to open windows to try to get fresh air and left our stay early due to headaches and extremely hard beds.
When we called to let them know that we were having to leave because the room was toxic, we were told “Yeah, some people have had to deal with that”.
Are you kidding me??? Not only are the rooms toxic but they are FULLY aware of it and don’t care....
