「Pool chairs broken, nor enough seating in bar areas. No excitement during animation 」

「Das Zimmer war tadellos, der Service absolut freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des gesamten Resorts ist außergewöhnlich schön. Zu bemängeln ist aus unserer Sicht der Zustand der Polster auf den Strandliegen - mag aber auch der letzten Saisonwoche geschuldet sein. Das merkte man auch am Buffet. Personen die Probleme mit der Mobilität haben, sollten sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Viele Treppen mit Natursteinplatten könnten Probleme bereiten. 」

「We were very disappointed with our stay. After check-in, we found the toilet seat broken. The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. No staff...

「Όλο το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Μερική θέα θάλασσα τέλεια. Υπήρχε ένας συνεχής θόρυβος, από ένα μηχάνημα ενός εστιατορίου, κάτω από το δωμάτιο μας που δεν σταματούσε ποτέ. Ακόμα και το βράδυ δεν μας άφηνε να κάνουμε άνετο ύπνο. Περάσαμε ωραία και σίγουρα θα παμε ξανά αλλά σε άλλο δωμάτιο. 」
