the check in process here was horrible, when we arrive their is no front desk only a desk for the security guard. And he was not helpful at all. In order to get in we later found out that we had to call Expedia customer number in vietnam to connect us to the owner of the room that we booked. He then would give us the mail box that he put the key card in and then we would use that key card to use the elavator to get to the room ...all this communication was done on what's app text. Then once we got to the room the key card did not open up the room...so we texted him back and then he gave us a code for the door!! crazy! also note that the trash has to be manually dumped by you everyday , the toliet paper is limited to 3 roles (for a 3 bedroom suite with 2 baths) and some dirty thin wash towels that will not get replaced. So we would never book or stay here again!

In all my years of travelling the service and the staff were the best. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you thank you for the best 7 days. We will be back. Thank you Hariklia and Steve

Great central location opposite the main market. We had a duplex room overlooking the market which was great for two adults and two kids. Only slight issue was that my husband, who is 6 feet 4, could not stand up in the upstairs section where we slept! Great rooftop pool and bar. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Excellent facilities.

Great location, washing distance to shops and dining options and frendly staff

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always did their best to help. As someone traveling alone, I felt very safe here no matter what time of day or night. The location is great, and the staff are there for you 24/7. That being said, coming from the US, this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with a specific policy regarding guests visiting your room after a certain time. I completely understand that this is in place as a safety precaution, and I certainly don’t consider it a negative reflection of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my friends. I just wanted to mention it as a friendly heads-up for other solo travelers. If you’re planning on going out to bars or clubs and meeting someone, just be aware that bringing a guest back to your room may not be allowed after certain hours. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were throughout my visit.
