"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"We had a fantastic family time at the Windsor Palace Hotel in Jachranka and I highly recommend this place for a getaway with kids! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the massive space both inside and outside gives children plenty of freedom. The entire grounds are beautifully landscaped, including a wonderful garden and a beach accessed via a charming path through the woods and a rope park, which was a great adventure in itself. The service deserves a special mention. The Windsor Palace staff is extremely professional, helpful, and accommodating to the needs of a family, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts were simply excellent tasty, fresh, and varied so even picky eaters left full and happy. The hotel offers tons of brilliant activities, meaning there was absolutely no room for boredom. A well equipped kids playroom, a bowling alley, and a disco allow for a great time regardless of the weather. All of this in the picturesque area of the Zegrze Reservoir, and at a fantastic, very fair price. We will definitely be back!"

"Nice modern hotel in the Praga district of Warszawa, across the Vistula river. - Nice large bedroom with a tiny single bed. Plenty of clothes storage space, fan supplied for the hot Polish nights, clean if outdated bathroom - Excellent breakfast, hot and cold buffet options, fresh juices, coffee machine - a large if noisy room with rude fellow travelers (Americans in town for a Jehova convention) - Loved the free water refill station - Excellent transport links for Old Town and beyond (Wileński metro) and Dworzec Wileński 03 tram/bus stops that takes you to city centre in 5-10 mins! TIP: buy the all-inclusive travel tickets at self-service machines with multi language options - Mixed staff. The young guy on check-in was surly and unhelpful (late evening 2/7/2026) the women during check out were friendly and actually wanted you there! - Free, locked, luggage storage TIP: walk 10 mins south of the hotel to the river and modern pedestrian/cycling bridge (Kładka Magdaleny Abakanowicz) across to Vistula Boulevards for stunning city views from afar (Palace of Culture and Science plus nearby modern blocks) and across the Stadion Narodowy football statium that lights up red and white at night - the national colours. Bardzo dziękuję!"

"I was so lucky that I have found this hostel it literally saved my layover the owner himself called me back because there was a misunderstanding with the booking, he arranged a taxi service to picked me up at the airport and also he arrange another one for the next day and everything was just perfect and made everything so smooth and easy I recommend this hostel also for the price and good location near to modlin airport.
