"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw."

"Breakfast is not included, they will surprise you by asking you if you want to pay for breakfast. Don't do it, their breakfast is a joke, a very tiny small section, no options, no quality. On top of paying extra for a useless breakfast, they will charge you 80 PLN/day for parking, which they advertise as available but they hide the fact that you have to pay extra for it. Save your money and book at a hotel that values it's customers and have included breakfast and parking. They make it look...

"I spent time searching for a property without construction only to wake up to construction noises above my head at 8am. This and inability to move rooms soured the experience that was great otherwise. Hotel staff is phenomenal at solving problems, that don’t have to exist at the first place. Spa was relaxing. Lobby bar was great. Both rooms were clean."
