"Very disappointing stay at Hotel Verde (14–19 August 2026). On Saturday, the hotel hosted a wedding. The music and noise were so loud that it was extremely difficult to rest or sleep in our room. I complained to reception, but no effective solution was offered. I was told I could leave, but without a refund. The à la carte restaurant was unavailable that evening. During the same night, the fire alarm went off twice. The hotel later confirmed that this was caused by other guests smoking in...

"Comfortable room in a property with a modern contemporary design, compared with the more retro kitsch town of Mielno. Arrangements were easy to follow, even when we arrived late at night. The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived. The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building. "It was our family stay. We loved everything as it was great. The room, attractions for children and the fantastic location of the hotel. There was also a beautiful sunset on the beach near the hotel. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety. We enjoyed our stay very much."
