"Clean room, comfortable bed, great holiday park to bad I forgot my swimming costume. Only thing I was disappointed with is we couldn’t watch Netflix at night that’s why I put 4 stars but otherwise I would have put 5 stars. Hopefully they can get better wifi so the tvs can have internet we will be back hopefully next year "

"When we arrived we were taken to a very small room which had a double. We asked for a bigger room as we were staying 3 nights it didn’t happen. We had to get the sheets removed as they were soiled. The room didn’t get serviced.Breakfast was basic cereal n toast.Staff we courteous "

"The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc.
The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with)

"The place appeared dusty and not clean to the standard I would expect for that cost. There were several cobwebs inside containing spiders especially on the bedposts"

"I would have stayed a week if I could have! More time to enjoy more cups of tea on the deck with the sound of birdsong and the gently flowing river below. This place is idyllic. Feels like the most secluded, peaceful place, but 5 minutes drive from the nearest pub or bakery.
The owners were helpfully responsive to my email enquiry before our stay, but left us alone to enjoy the experience when we were there. The cottages are well away from the house and the garden is designed so that the cottages are fairly private from each other. "
