Comfort Inn is a Good comfortable hotel. It is also a family friendly hotel too. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Pleasant stay overall.

I thought when my husband and I view the outside of the building it would be something I wish I would of never put in for reservation for. But the room were clean I checked the sheets I looked for before bugs too everything was all good.

We checked in late, around 10:00 pm, I booked late (within a few minutes of showing up). We were checked in within 3 minutes!! Super fast, clean room, clean lobby and we had a great overnight stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Personnel were all nice and informative.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean. Quiet area.

Easy access, surrounded by plenty of food, shopping and conveniences. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through or to this area.

Easy to get to. Convenient to Shreveport relatives we were visiting. Nice breakfast buffet. WIFI worked. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Nice king bed. Quiet...........no outside road noise.

I would stay again.

A good choice.

Our experience was great. Accommodations was efficient, quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. My experience was Great.

Very clean and friendly

It was a nice clean hotel in a family friendly environment.

the building appeared new and if not the enthusiasm of the staff from the manager on down made the atmosphere pleasant and secure feeling. There was attention to detail, the lobby was clean and orderly, the elevator was clean and the room very neat and clean. I will be returning to Shreveport and intend to make this Holiday Inn Express my first stop.

The suite was well maintained and was very clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was good. The service was excellent in that we inadvertently left a piece of luggage on the curb in the parking lot where we were loading. Within 10 minutes of leaving we received a phone call from the front desk telling us about it. We were able to turn around at that point and retrieve it. Their prompt and thoughtful service was very much appreciated. In fact, due to our experience, we have booked...

Overall this place was great very clean inside the entrance and the hallways the trash on 4th floor stayed full the whole time I was there by the elevator. There were some thing in my room that could’ve been wiped down like the doors on the back and something was on the ground it was yellow but other than that I loved it here the pool was down when I came so if you wanted to swim you won’t be able to unless they fixed it but being from out of town I enjoyed this hotel! Very friendly clean and a...
