「Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

「Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!」

「Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. 」

「Lækker lejlighedshotel med lækre værelser og veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på byen og på lifte til Schmittenhöhe. God info omkring udflugter fra personalet. Var super hjælpsomme med sen tjek ind, som blevet klaret med en kode til en nøgleboks, hvor kortet til vores værelse var. Alt i alt godt sted」

「Das Hotel ist fußgängig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der Fußgängerzone und dem See. Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemütliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber.」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」
