「Very good experience」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.」

「Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

「Für eine Nacht perfekt. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlagen und die Zimmer werden sehr heiß. Kühlschrank ist auch keiner vorhanden. Es hatte am Wochenende auch bereits 27 Grad und es wurde keine Liegen nach draußen gebracht, somit musste man sich mit dem Pooltuch auf den nicht gemähten Rasen liegen.. sehr schade 」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. 」

「Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Wellnessbereich hat noch Luft nach oben. Sehr rutschiger Boden, Ruhebereich hat man mehr im Zimmer, als in einem der wellnessbereiche. Textilsaunen, die aber auch aufgrund der Kinder flexibler zu gestalten ist. Personal gibt es nur morgens, ab 20 Uhr (Öffnungszeiten) gehen die Lichter/technick automatisch aus. Leider liegen die benutzen Handtücher der Gäste überall rum, daher blockierten das auch die Ruhezonen Lg」

「這次入住的是含有2間雙人房和兩間浴室及有廚房的房型，入住時意外被升等，到頂樓，戶外極大的平台可以欣賞湖景山景和教堂，非常美麗。離郵局公車站和火車站都很近，非常方便，提供的夏季卡讓我們到處暢遊，搭纜車和遊湖都很棒！」

「Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!」
