"Booked a double bed room got a small king room instead. Front desk people were not helpful and weren’t willing to change"

"It was nice having the hotel next to the Hakata Station. Talk about convenience. Buffet breakfast was decent. It was nice and orderly in typical Japanese fashion. The staff were all very friendly. I utilized their luggage transfer service which was easy to maneuver (it’s all done digitally) All together, we had a pleasant stay at JR Blossom Hakata Central."

"Such a lovely modern hotel. Decent size room with a view over the station which my husband loved. Good comfortable bed and very clean indeed. Staff spoke excellent English and were so helpful. Great location right by the shinkansen and JR station as well as Kokura itself. Would stay again."

"I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are"

"Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website. "
