「1. 離火車站雖然很近，且飯店對面就有coop超市，但屬於熱鬧區所以會比較吵雜 2. 房間內的整潔乾淨，沒有冷氣設備只能開窗，陽台的植物味道非常臭，可能因為植物關係時不時有昆蟲飛到房間內，🔺房間的隔音非常非常差，如果想好好休息的建議選別家飯店 3. 早餐選擇性不多，還算好吃，飯店人員有點看人下菜，有些兩人坐四人位子的沒有被驅趕，但當我詢問時卻說團體客較多所以不能讓我坐四人桌🙃 標準不一⋯⋯ 飯店價格很高，並未能得到等值的服務，推薦大家可以住鄰近的小鎮，這邊住一天真的大致上都逛完了」

「Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps. 」

「Hotel Victoria is the best hotel I experienced in my honeymoon journey or even my life, super recommend! I book the hotel by mistake at firsts, since I was finding a hotel in Interlaken.
