"Room was very tidy and the lovely lady on the front desk when we checked in was so friendly. She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking)
Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with.
We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)"
