Its a beautiful place, but it really needs some up keep , the carpet in our room was very badly marked. the carpet everywhere needs replacing. the hotel is clean but sadly its age is showing. would i stay again, yes.

Quest Penrith
It was very nice that our room was updated to a larger apartment at no extra cost but the noise from the construction outside of the window was very loud. Falls Mountain Retreat
Truly enjoyed our stay. Falls retreat is a very quiet place with both front and back sitting area. Plenty of space in apartment. Staff incredible nice and responsive to any need. Location is perfect to venture in many directions. Thank you
