「The hot tub had a film floating on top of it, which made it incredibly off putting to get into. For coffee in the morning, the half and half packets were curdled and smelled like rotten eggs. Our room door was incredibly loose, my wife had to basically force the lock closed and even then it would move an unusual amount. Our bathroom door would get stuck, we thought we were actually locked in there at one point. The amount of hair that was not ours when we first arrived on the bed sheets and...

「Prepare to relax. No TV. No phones. No hair dryers. Dog and cat-friendly to the extreme, which was fine with us. The weather was beautiful, so we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the town pass by, or having our morning coffee on the banks of the Paluxy River, or dining at the Tavern at night. Everyone was friendly. The manager Pam was attentive to our needs and questions. It’s in the heart of old downtown Glen Rose, which was fun to explore. We’ll be back.」

「This resort was a slice of Heaven in an area that feels quite remote. The check in is amazing because they just text you a code to get into your room so you don’t have to go to a main desk. The room felt massive and was extremely clean&gorgeous. There was a mini fridge that kept our food perfectly cold, and the bed was extremely comfortable. 「The room close to the swimming pool. It's quite noisy at night. There's no any restaurants nearby, but the breakfast was good. Check in and check out was quick.」

「Nice enough for a one 0r two night stay. Still uses the old--fashioned metal key rather than electronic, so you have to make sure to physically lock the door. There are no handicap accessible rooms, and the toilets are undersized and hard to use if you have mobility issues. I could manage, but with some difficulty. It should be no issue for someone without mobility issues.」

「Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great.」

「Absolutely love the Interstate Inn! Every thing was pristine and decorated beautifully. Amenities were top notch. Breakfast was the sweetest touch! When we arrived we were greeted with a sweet receptionist, very friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely be back. Such a cool place. A must stay if you’re in Stephenville. 」
