"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel from the very start. Naomi checked me in. She greeted me by name each day of my three-night stay which made me feel welcome. SHe was helpful and efficient. I appreciated having a place to store my luggage until check-in and was pleasantly surprised to receive vouchers for each day of my stay at the adjacent bakery and bar. My room was impeccably clean and I receive service from facilities immediately when I called with a small issue. The area is safe, the hotel is quaint, and the people are warm. I would definitely stay here when I return to New York! "

"The staff were extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The room was very nice, but it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that. "
