6/10 Okay

"Served my purpose well which was a safe clean place to sleep after a day of hiking & sightseeing Antelope Canyon Horseshoe Bend & Vermilion Cliffs. But the motel is in serious need of staying on top of things. Didn't matter to me but it was 6/13 & pool was "closed for season" when it was 100°. No working ice machine on any of 3 floors despite sign on my 3rd floor informing of "ice machine on 2nd floor." Small TV which didn't have access to local channels so no NBA or NHL finals. Door didn't fit frame so cracks big enough to see through. Slowest elevator I've ever been on. Shower warm but not hot. Automatic door nearest curb but "push doors" as 2nd set nearest front desk making it difficult to get luggage inside. Needs to get it fixed."

"I stayed in many 6 motels. This 6 Motel is the best one. It doesn't look like a motel. Instead, it looks like a hotel. The room is very roomy and clean. The entire community is surrounded by other hotels, golf course, and various restaurants. It's less than 10 minutes to drive to the famous attractions such as Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell, Lower Antelope Canyon, Upper Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe bend. It's the best place to stay in Page, AZ."

"This property features a spectacular location with amazing views, but the rooms need updating and are rough. We dealt with a lot of challenges checking in at 4pm (which is listed check in time), and had to wait in the lobby until 5pm for the room we paid for. Pretty awful after we drove for 5 hours to get there. The check-in experience was overall very poor. They agreed to remove the resort fees for inconvenience which they then messed up and added more, I still ended up with 3 resort fees on my bill, only 2 of which have been credited. They did try to compensate with 20% off food and drink coupons... (nothing free). The room was one of 4 different hotels we stayed at in AZ and was the worst of them all. Lobby/reception did not smell good (like a clogged drain/sewer issue) - this was also found in hallways at times, but not in room. Carpet in our room was wrinkled like it had been very wet, tiles were coming off in shower area, dead cockroach in the bathroom light, mismatched light switches and switch plate, wood areas around coffee maker very worn/beat-up. Cabinets showed spray of cleaning products that were never wiped. All of this made the room feel cheap and poorly maintained. Our room was never cleaned, or any new towels provided (I used a pool towel to shower with). We tried to call front desk/reception for towels but were met with a full voice mail box... ugh. For a resort this size, they need to do better. The views around the property are unique."
