"Did not care for the idea that everything was wrapped and re-wrapped in plastic - at least the plates at breakfast were paper but didn't see any bin to recycle? Did appreciate the 3 large containers of tea & juice & lemon water - but plastic glasses wrapped in plastic. we were supposed to check in by 3 - no way - I made a scene & 1st room available was given to us - you need to hire more staff (that was the excuse given). but the room was lovely #431"

"Professional friendly staff, Clean and quiet. Nice to have breakfast available but not the greatest. Food cold but does the job"

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean but definitely needs updating. The paint on the big mirror in the bathroom is badly chipped, and one of the lamp shades in the room needs to be replaced. But we loved the staff! The owner let us check in early which was great! "

"Our room did not have any towels except for one hand towel and the shampoo dispenser was empty. I did not realize this until the morning after the evening we checked in. I asked for towels to be delivered to our room but the young man at the front desk said he was alone and could not leave the desk. So, I fetched them myself. However, the woman checking us out gave us excellent service. I wish I had taken down her name. She had very attractive gray hair and a nice smile."

"This resort is beautifully situated on a bluff overlooking a particularly nice spot of Lake Powell. It’s close to the dam (very impressive ) and Page (conveniences). There’s a very nice hiking trail and beautiful pools. I’d love to come back. "

"Overall it was OK. The AC unit was noisy and the bathroom vent didn’t work. Otherwise we had no complaint. Stayed only one night."
