「The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. 」

「I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob.」

「The location is great but only walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wish this hotel had more amenities and a pool and gym would be nice. Rooms are beautiful but the bar area was incredibly loud and I could hear people partying until 1230am. Room faced the main road and could feel vibrations from cars and trucks driving by. Also beware the valet parking sign says $15 but it was actually $45 + tip to park there for 12 hours」

「If you’re looking for a room to sleep in. It’s a nice room. That’s all I can say about the hotel. It lacks the most important thing I look for in an expensive hotel, an in room coffee bar or machine. Nothing. Having to get up, get dressed and go down to the restaurant bar for a cup of overpriced coffee doesn’t do it for me. At a minimum…have access to coffee in the lobby. I like to have coffee at the end of an evening out and nothing was available. Nice friendly staff. Nice restaurant. But in...

「This property is super Chic in the heart of Hyde Park in Tampa Florida. They were having a cooking class when I walked in and they're really cool upscale bar. They have a winery. You can purchase wines on site, walk across the street to Bern's Steakhouse or order room service which I highly recommend. Check-In staff super helpful. Valet car service is the only option. Very helpful. 24/7 available. You can walk everywhere you need to go. If you want to walk to restaurants, walk into Hyde Park...

「The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa.」
