「Everything was great, including the nice restaurant on the side of the river. The only issue we had was that Google Maps had wrong information about the main road to the hotel, it considered it non-drivable for some reason, and directed us on a long trip along the right side of the river, which included a portion of unpaved road. So stick to the left side of the river and you'll get there much faster on a paved road than crosses the river right near the hotel.」

「Lady at restaurant (breakfast) was rude, not qualified for service industry. Although the guy at front desk while check-in was smiling, it was quite obvious that he was not willing to stay there. Apart from the above, hotel itself was good and it's 5 minutes away from the airport. Good value to stay.」

「Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice」
