"Lovely room, very comfy bed, excellent breakfast. My only complaint was the shower - in serious need of an upgrade. Otherwise great! "

"Room climate control kept returning to 19 deg C despite attempts to up temperature to 22 deg C. I woke up with a migraine and could not partake of either the spa or buffet breakfast which was included in my stay so cannot comment on these aspects of the hotel facilities."

Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"The hotel is in the middle of Leicester and does NOT have the parking they claim to have so nowhere to park. Room handles and floor were sticky and bathroom had no heating so was like an ice box. As an experienced traveller I always request a quiet room and I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Traffic and general noise was high and the noisiest bin men in the Country crashed around at 600am having loud conversations with hotel staff. This is the 15th hotel I have stayed in this year and the only one I have left a negative review. "
