Very clean but think understaffed despite available staff working very hard. For some reason main bar was closed at night!! We wanted to sit and have a quiet drink and did not want to go to Sky bar. Great hotel and lovely staff, room on 2nd floor had some back ground road noise but to be expected in a building of this age, good 2 nights of sleep and excellent restaurant will stay again. No parking issues on top of waitrose top floor
