Staff was excellent, had to park several blocks away and carry luggage. Rooms are very small no place to put luggage. Floor was very dirty under bed no wash cloths.

The hotel rooms were cold as the heat does not work. Booked 2 rooms and the heat was broken in both rooms. Bring blankets and sweaters to sleep in. We are ages 30 to 55.

My stay at this hotel was overall excellent. The ladies at both check in and check out were nice and friendly. The room was a good size for one night and I slept well. I especially like the lighting feature (being able to change the colours, brightness and sequence). The shower is also a good size and gets to a hot temperature which is perfect for me, but the folding door can make it a little awkward to get in and out. My only real issue was with the air con in the room - I set it to the highest heat but it didn’t seem to reach this temperature. The air con also kept switching itself on randomly even though I’d set it to off. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and I’d recommend to others.

Nice and central however the condition of the furnishings in the room was poor, even for a budget hotel. The laminate was peeling off and the safe was unusable. The condition of the corridor leading to the room wasn't good and didn't inspire confidence. All the staff who we met were pleasant and professional.

The hotel is well situated to central Glasgow public transportation. It is an easy walk to both the central train station and bus station. A great variety of restaurants all within walking distance. My one complaint was that the heater didn’t keep my room very warm.

It was great, lovely friendly staff, clean and convenient rooms. Had a flight delay but not a problem as the staff let us sit in the lounge/dining area way past our check out time. And have a luggage room to keep your luggage for you while you wait.

Room better than expected, proper hairdryer and good lighting and mirrors for doing makeup. Not a lot of breakfast options but the guy serving was friendly. Very convenient location for shopping, transport and eating out. Would probably stay again.

Really Lovely Hotel
I love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed me to keep my luggage stored for a few hours at reception after check out so I could look around Glasgow. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. The price is very reasonable. The hotel is in the very centre of Glasgow and near the bus station and train stations which is so convenient.

Terrific staff -- espec in the breakfast room. Room was fine, serviceable, but worn. Compared to the Endinburgh Point A, this one in Glasgow is really in need of a refresher. Also, the block its on is rough.

Very good value for a short stay. Friendly and informative check in. The room had everything we needed. Unfortunately the heating was not working in several rooms, they did offer a refund if we chose to leave but it was late and we were too tired to move, so we instead opted for an additional duvet and slept well.

The pod-type room with no window was very clean and good lighting. The fan was irritating. The toilet was very functional. However I did feel slightly claustrophobic in the small crowded space, and it wasn't for me. It might suit the more adventurous!
