「The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.」

「Very clean which was great. No air-conditioning and no fans which during a heatwave made it quite unpleasant. It was absolutely not clear on booking that the pool is over 18s only. The pool was the only reason we picked this property and our 14 and 16 year old were excited to cool off in the pool, to be told they couldn't was hugely disappointing. There appears to be a restaurant but we were told it is not open in the evenings.」

「This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect with a fantastic view of the beach (we took a room with a balcony that was seriously magical). For most of the weekend, we enjoyed beautiful weather and access to the sea, with gorgeous sunsets and the added whimsy of a giant topiary dinosaur in the center of town. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and bathroom, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. I loved the decor of the hotel, which was colorful and blended...
