Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber als wir ankamen, vor allem das Bad! Z.B die Handseife war leer. Sowas sollte man als Personal sehen, wenn man das Bad reinigt und für den nächsten Kunden fertig macht. Handtücher hatten einen seltsamen Geruch. Mischung aus alt und nicht richtig gereinigt. Im Bad keine Heizung!! Super unangenehm nach dem duschen in einem kalten, klammen Bad zu stehen. Das größte Problem war das kaum schließende Fenster. Das war derart verzogen, dass ein fingerdicker Spalt nach dem schließen noch vorhanden war. Kalte Luft ging permanent rein. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet aber innerhalb von 4 Tagen war weder jemand da, noch hat jemand nochmal beim Check out was dazu gesagt. Ergo Heizung auf volle Stufe, weil das Zimmer permanent abkühlte. Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Die Tische nach dem vorherigen Gast dreckig und man musste regelrecht das lahme Personal bitten kurz mit dem Lappen den Tisch wieder appetitlich zu machen. Besteck dreckig, Auswahl vorhanden aber die Qualität war mehr als naja. Das Hotel ist auf dem zweitenblick halt doch ganz schön runtergerockt. An den Wänden Flecken, abgerissene Türrahmen, im Aufzug vergilbte Infoblätter an der Wand. Mit aufmerksamen Personal sicher einiges mehr möglich. Betten waren ok.

Bien situé avec bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel bien placé, jolie vue sur le port. Les chambres familiales sont assez spacieuses et confortable pour 4 à 5 personnes. Hôtel et chambres propres accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et des produits de qualité. Restaurant midi et soir Ibis Kitchen avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix, tout est fait maison, menu enfant à 6,50€ avec boisson ! Service adorable et accueil kids friendly.
