"Television had very useful subscriptions that could have been much better explained with a card left in the room. No ice buckets in the room but easily rectified at front desk. Bedding was very comfortable and bed lighting allowed for easy reading at night. We will be back."

"We had booked two rooms. I called ahead the day of and was able to snag the last two adjoining rooms. That was major as we were traveling with our children. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our favorite thing was the gym had a water refilling station!! Beds were *not* comfortable (to me). It worked for what we needed but I would not chose to stay here again because of the beds."

"Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this hotel, especially if you're on a budget."

"We made our reservations through you for a king size bed arriving May 19th around 4pm. When we got to our room we found two queen beds instead of a king so we went back down to ask for our king bed. She refused to honor our reservation stating that she didn't have to because we went through a 3rd party vendor, Hotels.com. After asking her three times whether she had any kings available, she finally acknowledged that she did, but she didn't have to honor our reservation although we paid for a king size bed which I showed her on my phone. She told us that they will give third-party reservations whatever they want and that it's Marriott's policy to not honor third party reservations. And if you have 3rd party reservations, they charge you $7 a day to park in their parking lot. If Marriott doesn't want to honor third party reservations, then they need to stop advertising through these vendors. My husband and I are retired and are world travelers so we'll have to think twice before using you anymore because I can't take the risk of not getting the room I reserve."
