"Staff very helpful. Hotel is well located. Walkable to town centre. Good bar and other restaurants nearby. However, the building is looking tired. We booked this hotel because it came up after using a “pool” filter. In the event, there was no pool. And the fitness centre was closed."

"Excellent location with outlook overlooking the cathedral & square. Excellent dinner in the restaurant, recommend to book as it gets busy at the weekend. Limited option of secure hotel parking available but lots of free parking available around the city. Clean & spacious room with some traditional features, and despite no air conditioning in room, staff made every effort to cool room with fans during heatwave. All staff really helpful & friendly.
