「The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one」

「Good value hotel in a great area with a view of the pyramids. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Just one problem, the hotel is quite difficult to find, down a small street behind the Nemes hotel, ask a taxi driver to drop you there.」

「Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. 」

「this is not a hotel!!!! it is a private house with few rooms. most of the rooms are engaged with family members...... rooms stinks like old used socks ....I had the feeling like someone just left my room 2 minutes before I have arrived because I found old flipflops next to dirty shower. no window in the room!!!! no bedding whatsoever. A used, dirty blanket. This place is located in a typical slum, about 100 meters from the filthy main road. It's best not to go out there after dark or enter it....
