Captain Cook Motor Lodge
Great location close to central town. Friendly staff. We never had breakfast but the dinners were great, hot and reasonable prices. You can even have it delivered to your room if you want. So much to do in the area. Highly recommend

Ahikaa Gisborne Motel
heat pump didnt heat, unit was freezing, there was no extra heating available, the water in shower went hot and cold.

Emerald Hotel
Emerald said the beds were king and queen, but the were not. They were to single beds put together, i normally sleep in the middle of my bed or other beds, so my sleep was very uncomfortable.
