「Because I booked a twin room, I thought it would include 2 single size beds. To my surprise, we got a large room with 2 double size beds. : ) On the other hand, we didn't know Uber wasn't common in Epinal. When we worried how to get to our client's office and BSL Airport, thank the hotel staff so much for helping us call taxis. And a lady at the reception desk (in the morning of 26 May) was so nice. We asked about laundry service. Even though the hotel didn't served it, she was kind and found...

「Excellent welcome , best stay in Europe」

「Updated and clean」

「The place reflected exactly what it actually tell you in their description and the personnel makes sure to not disappoint their clients by keeping the rooms clean and furnished. As the weather was hot, I wished to have a fridge to keep my water bottles cool or a fan to ventilate at least the little room with 3 people sleeping in but those were extras not included within the hotel's possibilities. In general it was very good, there were towels and bedsheets provided, friendly personnel and...
