Easy to find as was the self service check. Hope there wasn't anyone in the room next to us as the bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted it and slammed it hard. apart from thatevery was ok.

Waren dicht, konden niet naar binnen

Op de bevestiging stond dat er alle dagen tot 23u een receptiemedewerker was. Wij kwamen 22u aan, maar konden niet naar binnen en telefoon werd niet opgenomen. Heel slecht! Gelukkig had Ibis Budget er tegenover wel plek en werden daar hartelijk ontvangen.

Top, personnel hyper sympa! Petit dej de qualité et délicieux. Seul bémol, pas très grave, c’est de la moquette qui renferme la poussière, donc si vous êtes allergies à la poussière, prenez un anti allergiques 😁 Mais je recommande

Punaises de lit

Je me suis retrouvée vers 23h entourée dans mon lit de quelques punaises de lit. Je me suis aussitôt levée. J'ai récupéré toutes mes affaires et suis partie prendre une chambre à l'ibis en face. Le lendemain matin je suis allée voir la personne à l'accueil du Quick palace et je lui ai raconté. Aucune empathie, aucune bienveillance, elle m'a tout de suite dit que c'était moi qui en avais avant d'arriver. Alors pourquoi je n'en ai vu que dans cet hotel ? Elle a refusé de me rembourser ma nuit !
