"We have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but the service at The Shilla is truly in a league of its own. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every staff member I encountered – including the valet attendants and service car drivers – spoke English to a high standard. If I had to identify a fault, which is difficult, it would be the use of individually plastic-wrapped cups in the rooms, which are replaced daily during servicing. This seemed excessive and not particularly environmentally friendly. Additionally, upon check-in, I was informed that the gym and indoor pool would be closed for renovations throughout the entirety of our stay. I clarified this several times, as it seemed unusual given that we had not been notified beforehand. However, I kept seeing guests dressed in gym attire in the lifts. On the fourth day, I enquired directly at the gym and was told that it had only been closed for one day. Unfortunately, due to this misinformation, we missed the opportunity to use the gym and indoor pool, which was disappointing."

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here again soon. Would recommend this aparthotel to everyone!! We had breakfast at the hotel on our last day and it was enjoyable. The rooftop was so pretty and had amazing views. "

"Very convient, close to both airport, Airport Express line just below. Lots of nice local restaurants. New clean hotel, only downfall its far from central so it will take you 45 min to 1 hr to get to tourist places. Great choice of breakfast."

"We only stayed here for one night before our flight out of incheon but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are luxurious. We stayed in a business twin room with two queens and were so impressed. The amenities within the hotel and all the extras in place make this more than a hotel; rather an experience. Highly recommend. "
