"Cannot say enough great things about my stay! It was my first international trip and I wanted to stay in a less crowded area by Busan and wow! Every staff member was so helpful and the nicest people I ever met! The language barrier didn’t get in the way at all and the room was amazing. Heated floors, super clean room (and cleaned daily!!), the shower was heavenly and bed was so comfortable. I literally didn’t want to go home!!
Special thank you to the front desk who helped me call to book an appointment, my language skill got me by but not enough to book and my temporary sim card wouldn’t let me make calls. 10/10 stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Rooms were super quiet, I loved the mountain views and street was lively! Super safe area and I had 0 issues. I appreciate everyone there <3"

"Our reservation didn’t show up properly on their system so the clerk made us wait about 20 minutes to find it. Instead of Orbitz it appeared as Expedia. Then we were given the keys to a wrong room that had a strong smell of cigarette. We had to go back to request the correct room."
