"Can hear every noise in the hotel from your room, very thin walls. Door to the room wouldn't latch properly. When I reported it to the front desk, she just told me that it's fine if you lift the door in place when shutting. As a single woman alone in a hotel I did not like wondering if my door was latched properly. Room and common areas were dirty and they didn't have hot water or coffee in the lobby any time I went to get some. "

"No one staffed front desk. Tried check in for 2 hours. Never got checked in Found another motel 30 miles out of my way. If I was charged for no stay it was done fraudugently I will look into retaianing a lawyer. My charge should not been charged"
