Clean room! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady from Blytheville that helped us check in the first night. Only complaint is that in the middle of the day, the lobby filled up with cigarette smoke because the back door was left open during smoke break.

Ok if all you want is to sleep

The Farmstead was clean and recently renovated. The bed was nice. However the amenities were very spare. I knew there was no restaurant or breakfast provided so I brought my own food, but there was no microwave in the room. Had to eat a cold dinner. I think I can find better places to stay.

The hotel is well-kept, rooms are nice and clean, the staff so polite, and the location is quiet; exactly what we were looking for after a long day of travel. This hotel was an absolute gem! Recently completely renovated, the room was large and very comfortable. There was an in-room refrigerator, and all the furnishings were also new. Right across the street from the local casino, which was also fun. Area felt very safe. No breakfast provided, but there is an excellent breakfast restaurant, the Roundhouse, which is very inexpensive and excellent food just minutes from the hotel. Two thumbs up, would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
