「Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location.」

「Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. 」

「Although there is no hotel staff onsite it was very cozy and close to the airport and beaches. The Hemingway is set up for a longer stay than a hotel. Think of it as your own apartment equipped with everything but food! 」
